Yes. Enter the pattern repeat distance and the calculator adjusts strip lengths to match — which means the roll count is accurate on patterned jobs rather than under-estimating waste at the seams.
Does it support custom roll sizes?
Yes. Enter the exact width and length from the batch your client is ordering. Not every supplier ships standard 53 cm × 10 m rolls, and the calculator does not assume one.
Can I estimate multiple rooms in one project?
Currently each room is planned separately; sum the roll counts across rooms to get your total order. Multi-room batch quoting is on the roadmap.
How is this different from a basic area calculator?
A basic area calculator divides wall area by roll area and rounds up. That under-estimates real usage on patterned wallpaper because it ignores the repeat offset cut from each strip. This calculator works strip by strip — the same logic an experienced decorator uses when quoting.
