Refund Policy

Wallpaper Planner's paid plans — the €9 one-project cutting plan and the €69/year unlimited plan — unlock digital content: the exact cutting plan, workbench sheets, and order list. They're generated and unlocked the moment your payment is confirmed, not shipped or scheduled.

No withdrawal period once you've confirmed instant delivery

Because access is delivered instantly and in full at the point of purchase, the statutory withdrawal period some jurisdictions give buyers of digital content — for example the EU's fourteen-day right under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) — doesn't apply once you've ticked the checkbox at checkout confirming you want access straight away and understand this ends that right. The pay button doesn't work until you have — nothing here is assumed on your behalf. Dutch law governs this contract; it doesn't reduce whatever consumer protections are mandatory where you live.

If you weren't asked, or nothing was delivered

If that confirmation was never asked for, or the plan was never actually generated, the withdrawal right still stands: contact us within fourteen days and the payment is refunded in full.

If we got something wrong

A calculation error, a failed payment that still charged you, a duplicate purchase — reply to your receipt email within 7 days and we'll make it right. Where a refund is due, it goes back to the account you paid from and a numbered credit note follows by email; a full refund also ends the access it bought.

Cancelling the yearly plan

The yearly plan can be cancelled at any time from your account and simply stops renewing — the year you've already paid for runs to its end rather than stopping immediately. Cancelling isn't a refund of that year.

No physical shipping

Nothing is shipped — there's no physical product, so there's no shipping cost and no delivery wait beyond the payment confirming.
